Our lineage originates with FH Windings back in the 1960’s, who in turn acquired Tridem Transformers in the early 1970’s. Then trading as F & H Tridem the business continued until the formation of Avon Magnetics in 1992.
At the beginning of 2023 the business went through an existing transition, being acquired by the Kamic Group, through its subsidiary ETAL (UK) Ltd.
Our experienced team of skilled operators and knowledgeable engineers provide solutions to many critical applications. We pride ourselves in being one of the UK’s leading designers of special purpose wound components, including transformers, inductors, coils and can also support demand for products from the former Gardners Transformers Limited, having acquired all their design data.
